SHIPPING
Shipping for orders to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic costs €14.90 and for orders over €250, shipping is free!
Shipping to Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein and Switzerland costs €19.90 and for orders over €150, shipping costs €14.90. In addition, for orders over €300, shipping is free!
For shipments to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, United Kingdom and United Kingdom, shipping costs are €24.90 for orders under €150. For orders under €250, shipping costs €19.90 and for orders over €300, shipping is free!
The shipping costs for orders to Hungary are 39 €. If the order is more than 199 €, the shipping costs will be 24,90 €. And the shipping costs will be free for orders over 300 €.
Shipping to mainland Portugal and Spain costs €5.99 for orders under €49 and, for orders under €99, shipping costs €3.99. In addition, you can receive your order for free if it is over €99. To the Balearic Islands, orders will also be shipped via the transport company Nacex and delivery of the goods will be made within 48 or 72 hours. Shipping costs will be €13.99 and, for orders over €250, free of charge.
To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we only ship on estimate. If you wish to make a purchase, you must contact us by email attaching a list with the desired products and the delivery address so that we can calculate the price.
There are a number of products (such as studio backdrops, wooden floors or the positioning table) that are not shipped normally to Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, or the United Kingdom. If you would like to receive these products in any of the above destinations, please contact us by email to request a customised shipping quotation.

DELIVERY
Normally, delivery takes from four to six working days. For orders to be delivered in Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland it will take from five to eight working days. The times depend on the territorial scope of the customer and the volume of preparation of the same. These times are approximate and Baby Photo Props reserves the right to delay them for matters beyond the company. In any case, we will always try to shorten the delivery times as much as possible in order to ensure a quick and efficient reception of orders. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of orders to the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland, due to Customs procedures.
Delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours in mainland Spain and Portugal; for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, delivery may take from 48 to 72 hours.
In general, orders that are placed before 1:30 p.m. are shipped on the same day. We cannot guarantee the shipment on the same day of those orders that are placed after that time, and they will be prepared the next business day. Orders including printed-under-request backgrounds, clearance sales, damaged articles, or where specifically indicated, may have longer delivery times. Also, for special promotions, delivery times may be slightly modified. Having paid in advance for an order, does not oblige Baby Photo Props to complete it if, for reasons external to the company's control, or for being out of stock, they are unable to.
Please note: the delivery time for print-on-demand studio backgrounds is between eight and fourteen working days, starting from the moment they are shipped.
Due to the high volume of sales, normal delivery times may be slightly affected during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, as well as during sales or special promotion periods. During these seasons, we recommend placing your online orders in advance.
